Experience isn't a must but definitely a plus! Pay is per cabin the lowest being $30 the highest being $200 You clean the entire cabin inside and out.
Also included; Cleaning hot tubs Trash removal This is a short-term rental business, so hours and cabins vary.
Every Sunday and Monday is required, the rest of the week is flexible.
Holidays vary but everyone is always off Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas day.
Generally, cabins are out at 10am and check in at 4pm there may be a cabin or 2 available after that time.
A typical day Go to the storage and pick up your linen Drive cabin to cabin doing the following; Clean each cabin (hours depend on size of cabin and your pace) Restock supplies at each cabin Trash removal, dump garbage at local dumps as needed Return dirty linen to storage (if working the next day they can be brought back the next day) We have cabins from townsend to gatlinburg.
Depending on where you live we try to keep you in a general area with cabins close to each other so you don't have to drive all the way around town.
Training Paid training We train until you're comfortable Supplies We supply you with a tote with things we supply (toilet paper, shampoo etc.
) We supply the hot tub hose and bromine Owners supply their own brooms and vacuums You're responsible for what you actually clean with (cleaner, rags etc.
) We don't require anything certain as everyone has their own preference as long as the job gets done right Job Perks You can bring your kids to work if they are well behaved (kids will be kids of course but things cannot be damaged, you must be able to still do your job correctly with your kids present if this become an issue, we won't allow them to tag along anymore) Owners give deals on their cabins when we give them great reviews Flexible schedule Bonuses Must haves Have a sharp eye and pay attention to little detail The will to work Showing up on time every shift Flexible schedule Being available on the weekends (not having to work a full weekend every weekend but when I need you, I need you available) When you mess up you have to fix your mistakes Be able to work independently A reliable vehicle to travel from cabin to cabin Job Types:
